Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect personal information at Trayza Recruitment.

Effective 15 May 2026

1. Who we are

Trayza Recruitment ("Trayza", "we", "us", "our") is a boutique recruitment agency based at Level 10, 440 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. We help Australian employers sponsor skilled workers from overseas under the 482 Skills in Demand visa, working alongside a registered migration agent on the visa application side.

This policy describes how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. What information we collect

We only collect what we need to provide our services and operate this website. The categories below cover everything we collect today.

Information you give us directly

  • Contact details you submit through the Enquire form or by email — typically name, email, phone number, company, and the message you write.
  • Candidate information when you are introduced to us as a job seeker — CV, qualifications, work history, English test results, identification documents, and visa-related records.
  • Employer information when you engage us as a client — business name, ABN, role specifications, and contract details.

Information collected automatically

  • Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies set by our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) and analytics tools described in section 4.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information for the following purposes only.

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss whether our service is a fit.
  • To match candidates to employer roles and coordinate the screening, sponsorship, and settlement process.
  • To share the necessary information with our partner registered migration agent so that they can lodge nominations and visa applications on your behalf.
  • To improve and secure this website.
  • To run and measure our advertising on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram (see section 4).
  • To meet our legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the ones above.

4. Third-party services and data sharing

We share personal information only with the providers and partners we need to operate our business. The current list is below.

  • Registered Migration Agent — an independent migration professional who is bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct. We share candidate, employer, and role information necessary to lodge 482 SID nominations and visa applications.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — our website host and CDN. Cloudflare receives standard request data (IP, headers, page paths) for serving and protecting this site.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — we use the Meta Pixel (ID 1306953760902559) on this website to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited the site. Meta receives information about the pages you view here and may match it to a Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook account, or opt out of interest-based ads at youronlinechoices.com.au.
  • Australian government agencies — including the Department of Home Affairs, where required for sponsorship, nomination, or visa processing.
  • Professional advisors — accountants, lawyers, and insurers, where strictly necessary and bound by confidentiality.

Some of these providers (notably Meta and Cloudflare) store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States. By using this website you agree to that overseas disclosure for the purposes set out above.

5. Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies. They fall into two categories.

  • Essential — set by Cloudflare to keep the site secure and performant. These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
  • Analytics and advertising — set by the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and enable remarketing. You can block these by adjusting your browser cookie settings or using your platform's ad-preference controls.

6. How we protect your information

We hold personal information in access-controlled cloud systems and apply reasonable physical, technical, and organisational measures to keep it secure. Only Trayza staff and our migration agent partner who need the information to do their job are granted access. We review these controls periodically.

No system is ever entirely free of risk. If we ever become aware of a data breach that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and affected individuals as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as required by Australian law. Migration and sponsorship records are retained for the periods required by the Department of Home Affairs. Enquiry records that do not lead to engagement are reviewed and deleted on a regular basis.

8. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act you have the right to

  • ask us what personal information we hold about you,
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date,
  • withdraw your consent to direct marketing at any time,
  • complain about our handling of your information.

To make any of these requests, email us at contact@trayza.com.au. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults — employers, candidates, and migration applicants aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this website.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practice, our service providers, or the law. The "Effective" date at the top of the page shows when the current version came into force. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
